Largest Hotel in the World?
The biggest hotel in the world is not a single hotel, it’s a hotel and resort complex comprised of several establishments: The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, The Sands Expo Convention Center and The Palazzo Hotel and Casino Resort. It’s located in the Strip, Vegas’ famous gambling district.
The largest building in the western hemisphere is the Palazzo, largest in term of space. In addition of 3,068 guest rooms, The Pallazzo has 105,000 square feet or 9,800 square meters of gambling space.
The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino has 4,049 guest rooms and a 120,000 square foot casino. There are 8,108 hotel rooms in the entire five-star complex.

First World Hotel – 6,118 rooms
The First World Hotel is the biggest single hotel in terms of number of rooms, which is located in Genting Highlands Resort, Malaysia. This hotel has 6,118 rooms. Inside the complex are a movie theatre, a casino, a karaoke bar, an indoor park, an outdoor park, a snow park, 90 restaurants and 80 shops.
MGM Grand Hotel – 5,690 rooms
When it was first built, The MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas was the biggest hotel in the world. As today, The MGM Grand Hotel is still one of the largest hotels of all. The MGM has more than 20 restaurants and 2 wedding chapels. There are 751 rooms that are suites with Roman-style showers and balconies and marble baths.
The MGM Grand frequently hosts high-profile boxing events as major attractions for the rich and famous the world over. Because of local pay-per-view and global television coverage, the MGM Grand is probably the most media-exposed of all hotels.
Luxor Hotel – 4,408 rooms
